 Stonehenge Postcard Gallery

The history and mystery of Stonehenge has contributed to many collectibles being produced, Due to the enormity of my Stonehenge postcard collection, this gallery was split off from http://www.stonehengecollectables.com/gallery

With few exceptions all items featured are from my personal collection and were for the most part acquired on ebay over a period of several years.

Messages from Stonehenge
The primary purpose of a postcard is to convey a message, from the sender to the desired recipient for a reduced postage rate. Some would find it interesting to know that very few cards show up at auction, franked, or as we say here in America, postmarked. People tend to save postcards, commemorating their own adventures and not necessarily those mailed to them by others.
